Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the Scaraffiliate platform by affiliates and partners.

1. The service
Scaraffiliate connects affiliates with sellers. The affiliate shares product links; the company handles stock, delivery and cash collection, and pays a fixed commission per confirmed sale.
2. Registration
You must provide accurate, up-to-date information and remain responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
3. The affiliate's role
Affiliates promote products in their own name. Misleading claims about products, prices or delivery times are not permitted.
4. Commissions
A fixed commission is due per confirmed sale, meaning delivered to the customer and paid for. Cancelled, refused or returned orders earn no commission.
5. Payment
Commissions due are paid according to the terms and schedule shown in your dashboard.
6. Prohibited conduct
The following are prohibited: fake orders, fraud, spam, impersonation and any misleading advertising.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Termination
An account may be suspended or closed if these terms are breached. Commissions already earned and undisputed remain payable.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
